PUPPY POISONED PARALYZED CRIES FOR 3 DAYS!!

This poor puppy was crying for 3 days straight under this water tank.
We were notified very late when we got to the rescue.
Words cant explain how terrible the situation was.
We rushed him to the vet along with 2 other dogs that have been hit by cars on the same day.
