Healthy Breakfast Yogurt Bowl Recipe #recipe #breakfastrecipe #fyp
You have probably heard the saying, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day” and this recipe is one of my favorite breakfasts to start the day.
I like to use Greek Yogurt for its high protein content, or plain yogurt without added sugars or flavors, which allows you to customize the ingredients and flavors.
My signature recipe:
➀ 1 scoop of OMI Skin Nutrition for skin hydration and elasticity #OMISkinNutrition
➁ 1 spoonful of Sea Moss – It is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iodine, and vitamins A, E, and K
➂ A handful of nuts - They are rich in healthy fats, protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. My favorites are almonds, walnuts and pistachios
➃ Mixed berries - Such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. They are high in antioxidants, have great anti-inflammatory properties and promote heart health
