Recipe
10 cups flower
10 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar
500 grams butter/ margarine

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius
In a big bowl sift flour,add sugar,baking powder and salt. Whisk everything until it is well combined. Put aside.

In a separate bowl crack 6 eggs.Add vanilla essence and food colouring( optional), Add milk and whisk everything together

Make a well in your flower,add wet ingredients and milk until it is combined,Try not to overmix

put flower on your surface,roll out your batter and cut into desired shapes . egg wash your scones and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until your scones are golden brown.
