Ultimate Streamers Reaction MASHUP to Changli & Carlotta SUMMER SKINS | Wuthering Waves 2.3

This video is the ultimate mashup of 16 streamer/youtubers live reaction to the newly announced beach skins/outfits for two resonators, Changli and Carlotta. This was announced during Wuthering Waves Version 2.3 Preview Special Broadcast. This is the first official anniversary for Wuthering Waves and its very exciting to hear! These developers always listen to feedback and improve the game. In Wuthering Waves 2.3, two brand new resonators will be coming out, these are Zani and Ciaccona. As well as two phases of 5 rerun banners which is absolutely amazing for new players or just players who missed out on certain banners. The phase one banner selector includes Jiyan, Yinlin, Zheshi, Xiangli Yao and Phoebe, in the scecond banner phase selector, there are Jinshi, Changli, Carlotta, Roccia and Brant. Which ones are you going to pull? There are 20+ events confirmed and even dedicated mini games for the anniversary game which includes the chibi characters (cubes) which can even be played alongside any resonator, there is even rewards for your birthday!!
