Halo, kali ini kita akan membuat cream cheese brownies. Ini enak banget, perpaduan fudgy brownies dan creamy cheese. Berikut resepnya ya :

Fudgy Cheese Brownies Recipe

Baking pan size 20 x 20 cm.

Bahan Cheese Layer :
- 200gr cream cheese
- 30gr gula halus
- 1 egg

Bahan Brownies :
- 150gr dark cooking chocolate
- 100gr butter/margarin
- 2 butir telur
- 130gr gula pasir halus (saya pakai gula pasir yang diblender)
- 100gr tepung terigu serbaguna
- 20gr coklat bubuk

Fudgy Cheese Brownies Recipe

Baking pan size 20 x 20 cm.

Cheese Layer Ingredients:
- 200gr cream cheese
- 30gr
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lime / lemon juice
- 1 tbsp all purpose flour

Brownies Ingredients:
- 150gr dark cooking chocolate
- 40ml vegetable oil
- 50gr butter
- 2 eggs
- 150gr refined sugar (I used blended granulated sugar)
- 100gr all purpose flour
- 35gr cocoa powder
