Drove over Cecil Asburn Drive in early October to capture it before construction starts on widening it to 4 lanes. The video shows Four Mile Post Road, Cecil Asburn Drive and Sutton Road. Only Cecil Asburn from Donegal Drive to Taylor Road will be widen.
