How-To Stop Over Leveraging Your Trade Account

Do you find yourself entering trades too early and exiting too soon? If you've ever done this and exited the trade and then movements later the market goes your way; you may be over leveraging your account.

The reason this happens is because you do not have enough staying power to first take a loss while holding the trade until it turns profitable. Whereas people who are not over leveraging their trade accounts and are trading the proper contract size are able to stomach the short term loss.
