The hall will also be made available for programs to promote culture,” he said. Aziz Patel, brother of Kader, said, “The hall is a dream come true for us. My brother sang with Rafi Sahab many times. It is one of its kind in India. You can find Rafi Marg, road or bridge, but not a hall named after the great singer.
