Why RwandAir Really Picked Ghana As Hub For Travels To The United States

Rwanda's national carrier has announced that it will utilize Ghana as a hub to fly into the United States starting in December of last year. The arrangement has already been approved by the Ghanaian government to use Kotoka International Airport as the final point of departure into the U.S. In addition, the airline is applying to the U.S Department of Transportation for an amendment to its current U.S foreign air carrier permit, and it expects to start scheduled flights from Kigali to New York via Accra, Ghana.
