This video will teach you the BEST connections to make a ground-deploy auxiliary solar panel array for charging your DIY camper electrical system.

We wanted the option to have both a rooftop solar array as well as a ground deploy solar array if we want to camp in the shade, but still have solar panels out. We are using a DC connector rated to 50A and up to 500 volts which is perfect for wiring a higher voltage solar panel system into our camper van.
