One-week construction time-lapse with closeups: Week 14 of the Ⓢ-series

Week 14 in the ongoing Ⓢ series, which follows the construction of a new 13-story senior living building in San Francisco. This is a #construction #timelapse with various closeups and "sub-time-lapses" at various speeds, condensing the week of May 4 - 9, 2020, into about 49 minutes.

The graffiti we saw at the end of last week is dealt with (over 3 hours). A guy with a big drill. Concrete forms. A guy with a smaller drill. There's a nice view of a moonset on Monday night. The walkway in front of the site gets covered.

A tangle of rebar and wiring. Progress continues on the shoring for the next floor up. The forms for the central core / elevator shaft are lifted up to the next level. All kinds of closeups, including a guy measuring the flatness of the concrete we saw poured last week. Another concrete pour, the first one above ground level. As always, there's always more rebar.

We see how the concrete pump accesses the line for the pumping tower, now that there's shoring for the next floor in place. This is only a temporary solution, though, we'll see a more permanent solution in coming weeks.
