Here is a short synopsis of the book!

When a halfbreed vampire begins to hunt carelessly on Noble Vampire territory, inquisitor and Balverine (Werewolf) Kyla Lasair (Rhona Mitra) has to stop the culprit before it sparks off a supernatural war.

Having a rouge, unknown half breed on the loose Kyla has no choice but to go to the hedonistic and twisted half breed leader, Kathryn Beumont (Emanuelle Vaugier)
Leading her to Rose Chaleu (Sharon del Adel) a Vampire who makes Kyla question more than just the case.

With the help of her deputy, an Eron named Harris (Ben Barnes) and her friend, Noble vampire, Dr Jane Ware (Zoie Palmer) Kyla begins to realise that it is more than just a simple murder case. As the Grande Alpha Balverine (Lena Heady) begins to mobilise her packs, the threat seems to be more than just a vampire issue.
