The success of my weight loss has not only been living a Ketogenic life but also making sure I meal prep to stay on this lifestyle. I often find that when I don't meal prep I tend to crave more things or give myself an excuse to go off plan. I wanted to share some super easy keto meals that I eat regularly to remain in Ketois. All of these meals are easy to make and you do not need to be a chef to create!

Chicken Spinach Feta Cream Sauce
I Tablespoon butter
1 clove garlic
1 bag spinach
season to taste (salt, pepper)
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 block (4 oz) feta cheese

Low Carb Lasagna

** MODIFICATIONS: Did not add wine, replaced milk with 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, used 3 tablespoons of tomato paste**
15 oz Ground Beef
15 oz Hot Italian Sausage
15 oz chopped onion, celery, carrots (if strict keto you can skip carrots but it adds a good natural sweetness without adding sugar)

3 Zucchinis (Grated)
*Ricotta Mixture
1 container Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for Ricotta Almond Cookies)
1 egg
Seasonings of choice (garlic salt, salt, pepper, basil)
