Left Behind - a young Syrian's odyssey to reunite with his family in the Netherlands

Young Mohamed Kdimati fled Syria with his parents and his brothers and sisters. The family ended up in Turkey, but with no perspective of returning soon, they decided to make their way to the Netherlands. Mohamed senior, the father of young Mohamed, went to the Netherlands first and the started a procedure of family reunification to get his wife and children to join. But Mohamed junior was not allowed to travel with them because he was over 18 years old, legally an adult.
