2020 Mercedes Benz Sprinter 2500 Review: 2.0L Four Cylinder TOWING Test

Many use full-size vans to tow race cars to the track or haul a motorcycle inside for a track weekend. Mercedes Benz sent us a 2020 #Sprinter2500 Crew with the new 2.0 liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, paired to their 9G-Tronic nine-speed automatic, to see how it would fare as a trackside support van. We used the #MercedesSprinter to tow Jake's 1997 BMW M3 on an open steel trailer, for a total towing weight of about 4,700 lbs.
