What's an inbox? I see this question asked sooooo many times on Facebook and Instagram - I'm a huge planner inbox convert. Let me talk you through how I use mine and hopefully it'll give you a few ideas for how to set up you set up yours. For me, most days this is the difference between planning, and not planning - ideal for those busy people juggling far too much stuff!
