Best Photoshop Export Settings for Instagram!

Instagram is notorious for their crimes against image quality. I find that the more we do to reduce the file size before Instagram gets it's dirty grubby fingers, the better.

Here are the settings I personally use and have had good results with:

Format: JPG
Quality: 70%-80%
Size: 2048px x 2048px (some people suggest 1080px x 1080px)
Resampling: Nearest Neighbor or Bicubic Sharper (depending on image)

Also, I apologize ahead of time for the audio quality and reverb in the new office. We just moved into a new space and the acoustics still need love.
