Saudi Arabian is an excellent airline and in business class offers, in my opinion, a lot on medium-haul routes. Not only did we get a hot towel, pillow and blanket, good over-ear headphones and amenity kit, but we were also treated to a welcome drink of choice, which can be a great green smootie, dates and Arabic coffee, warm salty nuts, a three-course gourmet menu and an extra snack if we wanted. And all this on an Airbus A320 with just 20 lie-flat business seats in 2-2-configuration and 90 economy seats in 3-3 configuration. I must not forget that the crew were very friendly and their personal satisfaction was reflected in their attitude towards passengers.
