AirTran Airways Captain Plays Harmonica on his Retirement Flight
Captain Mike "Mad Dog" Watson on his retirement flight from AirTran Airways. Mad Dog has been flying for over 52 years, and is best known for his legendary preflight announcements singing "Bad to the Bone" while playing his harmonica. Captain Watson was also recipient of the 2000 AirTran Excellence Award for his heroic efforts during an inflight emergency earlier that year.
