Alabama IVF decision ‘is kryptonite for Republicans’ Tara Setmayer says

Less than a week after the Alabama Supreme Court ruled that embryos created through in vitro fertilization are considered children, three of the state's IVF providers have suspended services as they consider the legal repercussions of the decision. Former GOP Communications Director and UVA Center for Politics Resident Scholar Tara Setmayer joins MSNBC’s Chris Jansing to discuss the impact of this ruling.
