PubMed: Building a Search
In this lecture you'll learn a systematic approach to find relevant articles on a given topic in PubMed. You'll learn how to use a combination of keywords and controlled vocabulary; incorporate Boolean operators, truncation, and field tags; and run your search in PubMed. While this lecture demonstrates how to search PubMed, strategies presented are applicable for other biomedical databases such as Embase, APA PsycInfo, and CINAHL.
