ProSessions VI: NFTs in Music: Opportunities, Impact & What’s Next

The subject of NFTs is featured on the home pages of every music industry site across every genre. The recent rise has made creators question whether they should dive in or if they’ve already missed the boat. After the hype has died down, will NFTs be prevail, or are they a lightning rod for what’s to come? This session with artists RAC and Wax//Wane, along with Adam Fell of Quincy Jones Productions, Joshua James of OneOf, and NFT attorney Jacob Martin, will explore the current music NFT landscape, the opportunities and impact, and what’s ahead in terms of leveraging smart contracts to reach music audiences and generate new revenue for creators.
