Flemish Revolution is OP?

Recently the Burgundians were introduced to AoE2, and with that a tech that has been very controversial. With Flemish Revolution all Burgundian Villagers turn into military, and while recent tweaks may weaken it's strength I feel like this will be insane as people start to figure it out. Thoughts?
