Display Person's Picture on Name Selection using Excel VBA

How to display a person's picture when you select her name from a list in Microsoft Excel Worksheet.
We have used some simple features like Data Validation, Named Ranges using Offset function and Vlookup. Finally we added a small macro that completes the work of displaying the correct picture depending on the name you selected and aligns it in a worksheet cell.
Apart from learning some good stuff in MS Excel, you'll also have some great fun!
