It's a story as old as time, developer buys a house on a large property and turns it into townhouses. Well not really but this sort of situation is far more common these days since this country is going through a building boom.

This abandoned house has been sitting awaiting its fate for almost ten years and during that time it has remained almost untouched. There was a short period when some squatters had moved in to the house which is evident by the air mattresses throughout the home. These were not your typical people taking up residence since they actually seemed to be fairly respectful of the house. They cleaned up after themselves and even took out the garbage, even if it was only to the front porch.
