What is in my first aid kit?

Make sure that you know how to use the items in your first aid kit. Then, keep it in your car.

Most of these items linked are for bulk purchases, great for building multiple kits. Or, split the purchase with your friends.
You can get most of these items in smaller quantities at your local Walgreens or CVS as well. I don't keep aspirin, allergy medicine and similar things in this bag, as they do not do well long term in the trunk of a car. Keep those separate and change them out regularly.

Figure about $100 to duplicate what I have, closer to $50 if you skip the quick clot, tourniquet, and chest seal.
