Before applying face tape, always start with a face fitness routine. Why? Tape works by lifting the skin slightly above the muscle, creating more space between them. This helps to lock in the results achieved through face fitness. However, without relaxing your facial muscles regularly, you wont see long term benefits. Face Tape is a fantastic alternative to cosmetics procedures, but only when paired with face fitness techniques.

How to Apply Face Tape for the Forehead:
1. Choose a face safe tape and cut two strips about
3 cm long, adjusting the widthto fit your forehead.
2. Split one end of the tape in the middle to remove the backing from one side to create an anchor.
3. Lift your forehead skin with your hand and apply the anchor. Smooth the tape along your skin, stretching it toward your eyebrow to mimic the anatomy of the forehead muscles.
4. Repeat on the other side.

recommend applying it overnight.
