I used to loooooooooooove Chana Masala but since going raw for almost 10 years, I never made it cuz I wasn’t a fan of sprouted chickpeas….. but since learning the freeze/thaw method from @therawadvantage sprouted chickpeas are back on the menu over here!!!

This is likely one of my most fave recipes in my new ebook and I hope you get to try it too!

P.S. it’s not cold - it’s room temp or slightly warmer due to the friction of the blades in the blender. It’s a pleasant and cozy meal. I also love it on cucumber noodles (just cucumbers spiralized)!
