I don't have a dream job.

I don't have a dream job...anymore. I thought that having a dream job would give me direction. I thought it would help me find my "purpose". Most importantly I thought that once I got my dream job that all of my problems would go away and they didn't. It time to start having real discussions about purpose and how it doesnt always align to our work. Everyone doesnt have the flexibility to take our passions on full time so what does the latter look like?
