Today I bring you a food shop haul! I went to tesco and got myself so mega healthy food to prep some Six Pack Revolution friendly meals. This plan is focused on healthy macros and exercise, although I sadly did not complete the full 90 days for personal and health reasons, I fully recommend it to anyone dedicated to get "shredded" fast. But even if you aren't interested in a plan, I hope this food shop gives you some inspo for your next weekly shop.
