Children's Moment - December 15, 2019
Some items in a bag:
A toy drum. What about your favorite toy. Why do we think some things are so special? What's cool about your favorite toy?
A Clemson Tiger Paw. What do you think is so special about the Clemson Tigers. (Wait for the laughter.)
A Baby Jesus (from the Nativity Scene) - What's so awesome about baby Jesus? Does Jesus show us love? Does he show us forgiveness? Has Jesus taught us how we can love other people?
It's OK to tell other people what's so great about Jesus.
The Lord's Prayer. The children are all praying in all different ways, styles, postures, etc. We know that God appreciates each and every one of their styles.
