Once Upon a time; Austin Texas was not the coolest place one could grow up in. Back before Tejas' cultural oasis became "#Boomtown2040" Good content seldom came to "deep in the heart of Texas". Most of the culture this town cultivated came from local talent. Houston Resident and comedian Bill Hicks was no stranger to the thought, ushering in his own type of comedy Bill made a lasting impact on the minds of Texans if not the world becoming. As a young man growing up i know stuff like his wasnt the kinda thing most kids outta be watching but the man was an absolute riot. While not the vehement Politicrat or Social Demagouge as others can seem to be on this list, Bill definitely helped change my City into a place that seemed like a fun place to kick it. The way we are now, he woulda torn this world as we know it a new one...
