Housing Demand EXPLODES in 2021 and Competition Continues! | Daily Housing CRISIS Continues

The 2021 housing market is getting unbelievable. Imagine a house gets listed on the market and 1 hour later it's already under contract. Imagine you spend hours to schedule houses to show your clients only to stat receiving calls that the homes are no longer available. The market we are dealing with is something we have not seen. Prices continue to skyrocket, demand is very strong and supply is at an all time low.

We are seeing material prices for new construction very expensive, interest rates at an all time low, forbearance stopping foreclosures and evictions being paused. To top it all off, there is almost NO inventory. Every 1 house has 30 buyers interested. Multiple offer situations has become the normal and over paying is the standard now. Majority of the offers are now consisting of appraisal waivers meaning the buyer will pay the appraisal difference in CASH if it doesn't appraise. This has to stop, but when?
