Here is Fedor Emelianenko putting in some seminar time at Zealous Nation MMA in New Jersey. The event lasted two hours and people from all over the coast showed up to support event. The seminar had a good blend of techniques which consisted of (offensive / defensive striking and counters, clinch, take downs, ground work), etc. It truly was a successful turn out.
