How to pass a skittish horse on a motorcycle

Part of riding is sharing the road. Today we come across a horse who appears a little skittish. The last thing we want to do is create a bad situation for ourselves or the horse owner. As you can see from the video, it may be best to stop for horses and get direction from their rider as they're the ones who knows their horses best and can give you the best directions as to what actions you should take.
