The Nik Collection 2018 Four Techniques You Must Learn

The Nik Collection 2018 was launched in early June 2018. Despite there being no new features, the Nik Collection remains one of the best photo editing tools available. But unfortunately, because the Nik Collection is easy to use, lots of people fail to achieve the best results. Landscape Photographers, in particular, are guilty of many of these mistakes, mistakes that can make their photos appear artificial and unnatural.

In this video tutorial, I will share with you four techniques that every Landscape Photographer using Nik should know. These techniques are:

1) Making Details Pop
2) Revealing Shadow Detail
3) Creating Amazing Sunsets
4) Intensifying Colour

Whilst these might sound easy to achieve, it’s very easy to make mistakes that lead to poor results. I’m going to explain what these common mistakes are and show you a better way. Most of the time the better way involves using a combination of adjustments and/or Nik filters.

Landscape Photographers only need to learn these four techniques to vastly improve their photos when editing with the Nik Collection.
