This was suppose to be a quick tutorial for my fb but I didn’t want to create this video for nothing so here I am uploading it onto my YouTube as well.

I’m never really into blue eyeshadow, but it was fun playing around with these blue shades from James Charles’ palette. 💙 My favorites are “Hello” and “Cape cod.”
