Lena Pillars UNESCO World Heritage Site / YAKUTIA

Lena Pillars are located on the banks fo the Lena River about 3 hours journey from Yakutsk city (car). The pillars are a protected site under the UNESCO World Heritage.

They are considered an outstanding natural formation and being my first time there it was awesome. Especially to appreciate it from a boat, it was really something.

There are cruise ships that go there when the weather allows and even small planes that do fly overs. Any tourist agency can help.
