Levison Wood is an acclaimed explorer, writer and photographer who has written nine best-selling books and produced critically acclaimed documentaries. Having travelled and filmed in over one hundred countries worldwide, he is best known for having walked the Nile and the Himalayas, and is currently focusing on a project on elephant conservation in Botswana. Wood is also a reservist army Major, and served in Afghanistan fighting against Taliban insurgents for the British Army.
