Essential ingredients (Four-line recipe for two servings of gimbap)
- 4 sheets of uncut seaweed
- 2 bowls of rice
- pickled radish
- one cucumber
- one carrot
- 300g of fried tofu (or tofu)
- sesame oil
- seasoned salt (or salt)

Optional ingredients
- one bell pepper
- Sesame seeds

Cooking process
1. Prepare ingredients – Julienne carrots, cucumber, and bell pepper, then lightly stir-fry them.
2. Cook and season rice with sesame oil and salt.
3. Lay the seaweed sheet – Spread rice evenly over the nori, leaving some space at the edge.
4. Add fillings – Place prepared vegetables and other ingredients (like tofu or pickled radish) on top of the rice.
5. Roll tightly –roll it firmly into a neat cylinder.
6. Slice & serve – Cut into bite-sized pieces and enjoy.
