An integrated and multifunctional homemade cell sensor platform based on Si-d-CQDs and CRISPR-Cas12a has been developed for the sensitive and specific detection of CD31, a key marker in endothelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EndMT). This innovative platform leverages the unique optical and electronic properties of silicon-doped carbon quantum dots (Si-d-CQDs) in combination with the precise recognition ability of CRISPR-Cas12a, enabling real-time and label-free monitoring of CD31 expression.
