Piano Scales: C Harmonic Minor, One Octave. Fingering and How To Play Hands Together

In this short video, you will learn how to create a C Harmonic Minor One Octave Scale from the C Natural Minor scale by raising the 7th solfège syllable Te to Ti.

Scale Notes: Do-C Re-D Me-Eb Fa-F So-G Le-Ab Ti-B Do-C

Next, hands separately, you will use a technique called clumping to lock in the fingering and crossover/crossunder for each hand.

Finally, you will learn how to put the hands together, using a technique of short and long rhythms to lock in the fingering.

This scale uses standard fingering.
