As UN peacekeepers leave, Haiti trains a new army
Haiti has not had its own army in 22 years. That is changing. The United Nations has had peacekeeping troops in the country for the past 13 years. Now, they're preparing to leave. And Haiti is training its new army. CGTN's John Zarrella reports.
