How to make Rechargable AI Battery (Meluminium Cell Build)
Update : I'm planning to design a monstrous 400000-500000 mAh battery power bank that can theoritically change your phone for months! (Without considering internal discharge and efficiency of paper as Battery seperator as it may comprise or influence the life of Battery, which we need to investigate and research further). But I can't promise of an exact date as I'm preoccupied with Mel Amp and 3D printer project. But it will be enormous for sure.
About Meluminium Cells :
This is a very useful ideas when you are in a survival mode, or need an emergency power supply to power your mobile phones or your wireless radios. I learned how to build an Aluminum-ion (AI) battery recently. It is quite simple to build. You can even build a bigger version to power heavy equipment or circuits.
comparison of Wikipedia article on Al battery vs MyBuild : (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aluminium-ion_battery)
Wikipedia ;
Voltage : 2v
Avg Discharge : 1.73v
capacity : 70mAh/g cathode
life : 7000+ cycles
CE = 97-98% (Coulombic efficiency)
Recharge time : 1-2 minutes
My version ;
Voltage : 2.3-2.5v
Avg Discharge : 1.9v
Capacity : Not yet tested
Life :Not yet tested
CE = Not yet tested
Recharge time : 1-2 minutes
Build Specs :
♦ Aluminum Shell : 2.3 × 3.6 cm by 1.5cm Height
♦ Graphite Rod : Any size. Other metals can be used, but salt will destroy them fast.
♦ Increasing Size will increase the MaH
♦To make a 12v supply, You will need to make 5 Batteries.

Note :
Rechargeable cells work in both galvanic and electrolytic modes ; Galvanic, when they are discharging; Electrolytic when they are being recharged. I've used the term Anode to define the graphite in the video, since the battery is an Electrolytic and the build is from a Rechargable perspective.
