"Does your face framing look like a mullet? Here’s why: Finger angle. Our finger angle can determine how much length we are removing while cutting layers. A diagonal back finger angle creates stronger layers around the face while removing length at the bottom. Diagonal forward finger angle will create a softer transition from short to longer bottom lengths to keep length on the sides. Use this knowledge to customize the look for each guest."
