25-Min Strength Workout | Level 2 w/ Rebecca Kennedy

Can't get to the gym? Fit an intense muscle-building bodyweight workout into less than half an hour. Rebecca and her team lead you through this level 2 no equipment strength workout.

Need to adjust the difficulty of the workout?
• Team members are each demonstrating a different Mod level of difficulty, from 1 to 3 - adjust up or down as necessary!
• Killing the level 1 mod 3 workouts? Maybe it's time to try out our level 2 routines!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home, bodyweight workouts, no equipment required.

Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF

WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 9AM on select days: Stretches and Yoga
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)
