Saint Luis Rey Regios Vintage Cigar Unboxing from 1999 box date. I know that people have said that there was construction and overall quality problems with the cigars from 1999 and 2000 but so far I've had pretty good luck with those dates. That's not to say that in the future I won't have troubles with those dates, but for now I'm just going to knock on wood and count my blessings.
