STOKKERMILL M180 LINE - Electric Cable and Wire Recycling Plant

Machines for recycling copper and aluminum cables, automotive radiators and industrial copper/aluminum radiators, and aluminum/plastic, aluminum waste scraps.
The combination of the Stokkermill granulators of the Multi-Flex Turbo Zig-Zag series with the single-shaft shredders PS or CSR and the conveyors with NST magnetic separator make it possible to realize lines with capacities from 400 to over 3,000 kg/h.

Machines of the line:
- Single Shaft Pre-Shredder - for the first reduction;
- Conveyor belts with magnet drum and overbelt separator - to eliminate ferrous fraction;
- Fast Shredder - for the second reduction;
- Feeder conveyor - to measure the input material;
- Multiflex Granulator Turbo Zig-Zag - to separate the different fractions (copper, aluminum and others);
- Vibrating Sieve - to obtaine high-purity fractions of the copper and aluminum.
