Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust has launched its first black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) staff network. Co-leads Aneela, senior biomedical scientist in histopathology, and Kokila, speciality team lead for plastics and reconstructive surgery, explain why they wanted to get involved.
