**DANGEROUS DADS: 20-MINUTE KETTLEBELL WARFARE**
*Built for fathers who lead from the front.*

This isn’t a “fitness class.”
This is 20 minutes of grit, discipline, and controlled aggression.
We train to become stronger husbands, fathers, protectors, and leaders.

**Workout Format:**
5 kettlebell snatches
5 kettlebell clean and press
5 lunges/leg.
Set the kettlebell down, rest as needed then repeat on the opposite side.

Get as many sets as you can get in 20 minute.
Weak men make excuses.
Strong fathers build standards.
Every rep is a reminder:
Your family needs your strength, your discipline, and your leadership.
